A “Glance From the Past”
FedEx Day! September 20, 2024
FedEx day was a grand idea that had been in the works for years! A FedEx day is a company wide project where we got 8 hours to complete employee driven innovative projects! We got a day from behind the chair to work on a project that we were passionate about and added value to the company. The idea was that we had “One day to Deliver.” This concept promoted innovation- which is one of Glance’s value words!
So how did this play out at Glance….

Andrea and Chloe revamped the Color Room. Together they painted walls and put up a backsplash! A little effort really makes a big difference!
Nicole, Heather and Kaitlin gave a refreshing look to our guest bathrooms! Painting walls, installing new hardware and putting up new decor. Fun bathrooms make refreshing your personal comfort that much better!
Shelby and Brittany are our organizing queens! They teamed up and organized our whole salon. Making sure each stylist had their station stocked with everything they needed. Down to labeling everything! We are so grateful we have these ladies on our team!
Jade, Jess and Laura revamped our entire Training Room! They made a custom shelving unit to hold all our training mannequin heads. They made the entire room more workable for all our team trainings! We love how this space turned out!
Jenna and Maya are our green thumb gals! Our plant wall is one of the highlights of our waiting area! Together they repainted pots and repotted plants to give the pant wall a new look! We love love love our plant wall!
Kylee, Nicole, Robyn and Kinley put their paint brushes together and tackled the back wall mural! Plant inspired with gold accents! We are obsessed with the fun vibe it brings to our salon!
The most amazing husbands on the planet: Scott, Jordin, Brian and Brian’s Dad helped our team out! These were the men behind the scenes doing all of our power tool work for us! We were so grateful to have them with us that day. Couldn’t have done it without them!
FedEx day was CRAZY amazing! We are so grateful to work for a company that fosters innovation and empowers their team to greatness! We achieved a lot in a short time frame, had a lot of fun, worked really hard!
